In November Julie Callow had the pleasure of attending CTP’s Employer Forum 2023, held at Microsoft in Reading.

The event was well attended and certainly helped Julie understand how much CTP can offer Service Leaves and employers alike.

They offer a dedicated Account Manager for employers and hold recruitment events, and for Service Leavers they have a range of training courses, and provide amazing support from the minute someone is thinking of leaving their forces career to finding their next vocation.

The effort CTP expend in building relationships with employers and the individuals, really helps someone transition into their next career.
