RED Scientific signed the Armed Forces Covenant in 2019 as a commitment to recognising the skills and experience servicemen and women can bring to our organisation. This year we are absolutely delighted to have been selected for Silver accreditation and are honoured to continue being a part of our nation’s commitment to our Armed Forces community. 

The Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) was launched in 2014 to recognise employer support for the wider principles of the Armed Forces Covenant. The scheme encompasses Bronze, Silver and Gold awards for employers that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to Defence and the Armed Forces community. This includes the Reserves, Service Leavers, Veterans, the wounded, injured and sick, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers, Cadets, military spouses / partners and their families.
